A Lannister always uses cineSync

The great HBO series Game of Thrones is shot in Ireland, using a combination of remote location shoots and stage sets. The visual FX work on Series 1 was handled by Blue Bolt in London and Screen Scene VFX (SSVFX) in Dublin and regular communication back to HBO in the US was important.
CG Society has a good interview with SSVFX Supervisor Ed Bruce about how some of the individual shots were handled as well as the overall workflow.
From the interview:
"The flow of communication and data were exceptional on this project. Obviously on a show of Game of Throne's scale good coordination was vital...
"...We manage our work-flow using Shotgun, Filemaker Pro and Excel. We also use cineSync for client reviewing and Eyeon's Generation for ram player and shot version collection/reviewing."
Series 2 of Game of Thrones is gearing up as we speak and will be using cineSync again.
The official site for the series is here.
